Job Description
- Strategic Initiatives Lead: Go-to-Market Expansion
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across multiple channels and geographies
- Design and optimize distribution plans, models, and metrics
- Drive sales execution, automation, and transformational projects to enhance top-line growth and profitability
- Champion sales capability development and lead cost management for distribution
- Foster thought leadership to drive business growth and profitability
The Successful Applicant
Education and Experience:
- MBA from a premier business school
- Minimum 4 years of experience post-MBA, with a proven track record as an Area Sales Manager in the FMCG industry
- At least one stint as a Traditional/General Trade Area Sales Manager is mandatory
