Neurologist - AI Trainer - Clinical AI Systems - Contractual

We are seeking board-certified or board-eligible Neurologists to contribute as AI Trainers in developing next-generation clinical AI systems. This role involves applying deep neurological expertise to train, evaluate, and validate machine learning models focused on neurological diagnostics and treatment recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to train and evaluate clinical AI models

- Annotate and validate neurological clinical datasets

- Review patient histories, neurological examinations, and diagnostic findings

- Interpret EEG, EMG, NCS, lumbar puncture results, and imaging reports

- Provide insights on adult and/or pediatric neurological disorders

- Identify clinical edge cases and diagnostic nuances

- Ensure AI outputs meet medical safety and accuracy standards

- Communicate findings to cross-functional technical teams

- Stay updated with advancements in neurology and digital health

Required Qualifications:

- MD / DO (or equivalent) in Medicine

- Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology

- Clinical experience in adult or pediatric neurology

- Strong expertise in neurological diagnostics and interpretation

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to translate complex clinical insights into structured feedback

- Interest in AI, health technology, or medical innovation

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in AI/ML or digital health projects

- Experience in data annotation or clinical data review

- Academic or research background in neurology
