Role Summary:


The VP/Sr. VP of Marketing will lead the organizations marketing initiatives, focusing on developing and executing comprehensive strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. The candidate should bring expertise in ATL, BTL, and TTL campaigns, medico marketing, digital marketing, and market research, with a strong background in healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

Strategic Marketing Leadership:


- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.


- Lead ATL, BTL, and TTL campaigns to build brand awareness and customer engagement.


- Implement medico-marketing initiatives to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

Digital Marketing & Campaigns:


- Design and oversee digital marketing campaigns, leveraging SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media channels.


- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through innovative digital strategies.

Market Research & Insights:


- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.


- Ensure data-driven decision-making by conducting regular customer surveys and market analysis.

Brand Management:


- Strengthen the companys brand positioning across target markets.


- Monitor brand equity metrics and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:


- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.


- Work closely with sales, operations, and clinical teams to ensure alignment on business objectives.

Budget Management:


- Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring ROI-driven spending.


- Regularly report on budget utilization and campaign performance to senior management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Campaign Effectiveness:


- Increase in brand awareness (measured by market share, website traffic, or survey results).


- ROI from ATL, BTL, TTL, and digital campaigns.

Lead Generation & Conversion:


- Number of qualified leads generated per month.


- Conversion rates from campaigns.

Digital Metrics:


- Growth in social media engagement and followers.


- Improvement in website traffic and SEO rankings.


- Reduction in customer acquisition cost (CAC).

Revenue Contribution:


- Contribution of marketing campaigns to overall revenue growth.


- Growth in customer retention and lifetime value (CLV).

Team Management:


- Employee satisfaction and retention within the marketing team.


- Timely execution of campaigns and projects.

Qualifications & Experience:


- Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


- 15+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the healthcare/ diagnostics domain.


- Proven track record in leading successful ATL/BTL/TTL campaigns and digital marketing strategies.


- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data and metrics.


- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
