We are looking for an experienced Profit Centre Head to take end-to-end ownership of business growth, P&L and operations.

- Own P&L, revenue & profitability of the Profit Centre

- Drive business growth through Retail, B2B, Corporate, Hospital & Doctor Referral channels

- Develop new business opportunities and expand market presence

- Build strong relationships with Doctors, Hospitals, Corporates & Key Accounts

- Lead and drive performance of Sales & Operations teams

- Improve test volumes, revenue, customer acquisition & retention

- Monitor business KPIs, collections and team productivity

- Ensure seamless coordination across Sales, Lab, Radiology, Operations & Marketing

- Drive initiatives to enhance patient experience and service quality

Ideal Candidate

- 10-15 years of experience in Diagnostics / Healthcare / Hospitals / Pharma

- Strong experience in P&L, Sales & Business Development

- Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

- Strong knowledge of the Vizag healthcare market

- Prior Profit Centre / Business Head experience will be an added advantage
