Role Overview:
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for leading Neuberg Diagnostics end-to-end marketing strategy, brand building, demand generation, and growth initiatives across India. The role will drive the One Neuberg brand vision by unifying marketing efforts across regions, strengthening brand recall, increasing market share, and supporting revenue growth across B2C, B2B, institutional, and doctor-led channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership:
- Define and execute a comprehensive pan-India marketing strategy aligned with Neubergs business and growth objectives.
- Build and strengthen Neuberg Diagnostics as a trusted, patient-centric, and clinically strong brand.
- Drive brand standardisation across all regions under the One Neuberg philosophy.
- Own brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all touchpoints.
2. ATL, BTL & Digital Marketing:
- Lead ATL initiatives including TV, print, radio, outdoor, and large-scale brand campaigns.
- Drive BTL activities such as local activations, doctor engagement programs, health camps, and community outreach.
- Own digital marketing strategy including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, website, and app marketing.
- Ensure strong ROI tracking and performance metrics for all marketing spends.
3. Demand Generation & Business Growth:
- Partner closely with Sales, Business Heads, and Regional Leaders to drive lead generation and conversions.
- Develop marketing programs to support B2C (walk-ins, home collection), B2B, corporate, hospital, and institutional business.
- Support new centre launches, city expansions, and new service introductions with robust GTM strategies.
- Drive funnel optimisation, customer acquisition, retention, and cross-sell initiatives.
4. Medico Marketing & Doctor Engagement:
- Lead medico marketing strategy to engage doctors, clinicians, and healthcare institutions.
- Oversee CMEs, scientific programs, conferences, KOL engagement, and relationship-building initiatives.
- Ensure all medical communication is compliant, ethical, and aligned with regulatory norms.
- Work closely with Medical Affairs and CMO (Medical) teams for credibility and clinical accuracy.
5. Customer Experience & Insights:
- Own customer insights, market research, and competitive intelligence.
- Track patient journey, feedback, NPS, and brand perception to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Operations and Digital teams to enhance customer experience across touchpoints.
6. Team Leadership & Capability Building:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing central and regional marketing team.
- Drive capability building in digital, analytics, brand, and medico marketing.
- Manage agency partners, creative agencies, media agencies, and digital vendors.
- Establish strong governance, budgets, and review mechanisms.
7. Governance, Budgeting & Compliance:
- Own the marketing budget and ensure effective utilisation with measurable outcomes.
- Set clear KPIs, dashboards, and review mechanisms for marketing effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising norms, ethical standards, and internal policies.
Key Deliverables / Success Metrics:
- Improved brand awareness, recall, and preference across key markets.
- Consistent pan-India brand execution (One Neuberg).
- Strong lead generation and revenue contribution from marketing initiatives.
- Improved customer acquisition cost (CAC) and ROI on marketing spends.
- High doctor and channel engagement metrics.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing / Business Management from a reputed institute.
Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in diagnostics, healthcare, hospitals, pharma, or consumer healthcare.
- Proven experience handling ATL, BTL, digital, and medico marketing at a senior leadership level.
- Experience managing pan-India brands and multi-region teams.
Competencies:
- Strong strategic and execution capabilities.

- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
