Network Techlab - Chartered Accountant

- Finance is responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements, and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.

- Monitoring day-to-day business transactions & reviewing the business operations team on different parameters like:

- Credit control - Outstanding - Stock aging - Profitability - Cost improvisation - Order to cash reports - Audit & compliance handling - Project profitability & cost allocation - Budgeting & forecasting - financial reporting & analysis with action plan

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Operations & Controls: Monitor day-to-day business transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance. Implement and maintain robust accounting control procedures. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

- Receivables & Credit Management: Manage credit control processes and monitor outstanding receivables. Collaborate with business operations to ensure timely collections and reconciliations.

- Inventory & Cost Optimization: Review stock aging reports and drive inventory efficiency. Lead cost improvisation initiatives across departments.

- Profitability & Project Analysis: Conduct profitability analysis at business and project levels. Ensure accurate cost allocation and financial tracking of projects. Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and analyze order-to-cash reports.

- Support budgeting and forecasting processes with actionable insights. Deliver timely financial reports and variance analysis with strategic recommendations. Audit & Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.

Qualifications & Skills: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory. 3+ experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in financial systems and ERP tools. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.
