We are seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to own marketing-sourced pipeline, influence revenue, and execute high-impact campaigns. This includes managing partner MDF programs, multi-channel campaigns, and driving thought leadership and market positioning. The role works closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to ensure marketing translates into measurable business outcomes, strengthens Netscribes' brand, and accelerates growth

Key Responsibilities:

Pipeline & Revenue Ownership

- Own marketing-sourced qualified pipeline (~- 50-60 Cr per year).

- Influence revenue (~- 8-10 Cr per year) from marketing-backed deals.

- Collaborate closely with Sales to improve deal velocity, conversion, and win rates.

Campaign Leadership

- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns including digital, content, ABM, and events.

- Ensure campaigns generate high-quality leads that convert to opportunities.

- Continuously measure ROI, optimize campaigns, and explore new channels for pipeline growth.

Partner Marketing & MDF

- Manage partner co-marketing campaigns and utilize MDF funds effectively.

- Align partner activities with pipeline and revenue objectives.

- Track and report ROI for all partner-driven initiatives.

Thought Leadership & Market Positioning


- Drive Netscribes' brand presence in target markets.

- Build content, webinars, and events that position the company as a thought leader.

- Support inbound demand generation through strategic PR and content initiatives.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Enterprise Focus

- Develop and execute ABM strategies for high-value accounts.

- Work with Sales to target key prospects and accelerate pipeline conversion.

Marketing Technology & Analytics

- Leverage marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms to track performance and optimize campaigns.

- Ensure marketing actions are data-driven and revenue-focused.

Sales Enablement & Collaboration

- Partner with Sales to provide relevant content, tools, and campaigns to accelerate deal closure.

- Act as a bridge between marketing and revenue teams to foster alignment and accountability.

Skills & Experience

- 7+ years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or revenue-driven marketing.

- Proven ability to create pipeline and influence revenue.

- Campaign management across digital, ABM, content, and events.

- Experience with partner marketing and MDF programs.

- Strong analytical, data-driven, and outcome-focused mindset.

- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and sales enablement
