Job Title : AI / GenAI Delivery Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced AI / GenAI Delivery Manager to lead enterprise-scale AI initiatives involving GenAI, LLMs, RAG architectures, AI Agents, and enterprise AI integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience delivering AI solutions end-to-end, managing enterprise deployments, and driving AI-enabled engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead delivery of AI / ML / GenAI programs across enterprise environments

- Design and oversee end-to-end AI solution architectures

- Drive implementation of RAG-based and AI Agent solutions

- Work closely with engineering, business, and product teams

- Integrate AI systems with ERP, CRM, BI tools, APIs, and enterprise applications

- Ensure AI governance, security, role-based access, and compliance controls

- Drive MLOps / LLMOps practices including CI/CD and deployment automation

- Manage scalable AI deployments for enterprise users

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI strategy and roadmap

- Monitor AI solution performance, scalability, and optimization

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in GenAI / LLM-based solution delivery

- Good understanding of AI lifecycle and enterprise AI architecture
