Job role: Head of Sales - IT & Managed Services
Key Responsibilities:
Drive direct sales and business development efforts for IT Infrastructure services, including:
- Remote Infrastructure Management (RIM)
- Managed IT Services
- Technical Help Desk/Service Desk
- Data Centre Operations
- Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud Solutions
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Cybersecurity/Information Security
- Networking, Wintel, and Firewall Solutions
- Identify and secure new logos through consultative and solution-based selling approaches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement, etc.) across target organizations.
- Lead the complete sales cycle from lead generation, proposal creation, and presentations to contract negotiations and closure.
- Translate customer pain points into technical and business solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Work closely with internal technical teams and OEMs to develop tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong pipeline, regularly reporting on forecasts, opportunities, and key account plans.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure services sales, with a strong track record of hunting and acquiring new logos.
- Proven success in selling multi-year service contracts to mid-sized and large enterprise clients.
- In-depth understanding of IT Infrastructure domains Network, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Service Desk, and Data Center services.
- Strong capability to map and influence decision-makers and engage with technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability in enterprise-level consultative selling and translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Exposure to managing both domestic and international clients is highly desirable.
- Strong connects with OEMs and partner ecosystems across PAN India and global markets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in working with or for OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) is an added advantage.
- High degree of leadership, ownership, and collaboration across teams.

- Self-starter with strong business acumen and passion for driving growth.
- Proven network of contacts within the IT ecosystem (end clients, partners, OEMs, etc.)
