- Proposal & Pitch Development: Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key metrics such as conversion rates, revenue growth, and client engagement. Provide regular reports and insights to the founder and leadership team.
- Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience (10-12 years) in business development, sales, or client acquisition-preferably in a service-based industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, lead management systems, and productivity platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
