
IT Sales Specialist
Description:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT services and solutions space
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including SMEs and enterprise customers
- Understand client business needs and propose appropriate IT solutions (software, hardware, cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, etc.)
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and CRM records
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in IT Sales, Technology Sales, or Business Development
- Strong understanding of IT products and services such as software solutions, cloud services, SaaS, networking, or managed IT services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value for clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
