
Business Head
Description:
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Business Head to lead overall business operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure profitability across the organization or assigned business unit.
- Define and execute the overall business strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Identify new revenue streams, market opportunities, and strategic partnerships
- Drive business expansion, market penetration, and diversification initiatives
Revenue, P&L & Financial Ownership:
- Own P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
- Drive revenue growth through sales, partnerships, and operational efficiency
- Monitor key business metrics, margins, and profitability
Sales, Marketing & Customer Growth:
- Oversee sales, marketing, and business development functions
- Set revenue targets, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans
- Strengthen key client relationships and manage strategic accounts
- Ensure customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction
Operations & Execution:
- Ensure efficient execution of business plans across departments
- Establish and enforce SOPs, processes, and governance frameworks
- Drive operational excellence, scalability, and performance optimization
Leadership & People Management:
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing leadership and functional teams
- Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Lead hiring, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a key interface with Board, Investors, CXOs, and external partners
- Present business performance, growth plans, and risks to senior stakeholders
- Manage escalations and critical decision-making
Market Intelligence & Risk Management:
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes
- Assess business risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements
