Role & responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams through ideation, evaluation, and implementation of digital initiatives.
- Drive delivery of key digital transformation projects including Advanced Planning Systems (APS), Data Analytics.
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring quality, timelines, resource utilization, and cost adherence using Agile methodologies.
- Manage KPIs such as minimum viable product (MVP) delivery, benefits tracking, and resource alignment.
- Architect and scale business intelligence and analytics platforms.
- Implement and optimize enterprise-wide applications including HR systems, CRM, PLM, Knowledge Management, and other digital platforms.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with program objectives.
- Engage with and provide governance / oversight across SAP S/4HANA landscape and related applications.
- Enable effective stakeholder communication and manage internal and external partnerships.
- Bring in strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and business operations.
Preferred candidate profile
- Leadership Experience: 10+ years in IT, with at least 5 years in a digital leadership role.
- Educational Background: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or IT required; MBA preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA), Salesforce CRM, Microsoft platforms.
- Exposure to data warehousing, analytics tools, and business intelligence platforms.
- Deep understanding of application lifecycle management
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing business processes and automation.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to deliver multiple digital projects with measurable business impact.
- Innovation Focus: Keeps up with emerging tech and recommends relevant solutions to drive business value.
- Team Leadership: Strong managerial and communication skills, including experience with remote teams.
