Role: Marketing Web & Operations Specialist.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a versatile and technical Marketing Web & Operations Specialist to be the backbone of our marketing technology and digital presence.
While your primary responsibility will be the technical development of our website, this role extends into critical areas of marketing operations.
You will manage marketing automation workflows, ensure the integrity of our tech stack integrations, and provide technical support for our campaign efforts.
This is a hybrid role perfect for a skilled web developer who is also passionate about process optimization and using technology to make a marketing team run more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot Web Development: Own the development, maintenance, and optimization of our corporate website on the HubSpot CMS Hub.
- Build responsive and high-performing landing pages, email templates, and web pages.
- Marketing Automation: Build and manage marketing automation workflows, including lead nurturing sequences, lead scoring models, and internal notifications, to support the entire lead lifecycle.
- MarTech Management & Integration: Serve as a technical point of contact for our MarTech stack.
- Manage and troubleshoot integrations between our core marketing and sales systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Campaign Support: Provide technical support to the marketing team by building complex campaign assets, implementing tracking scripts, and ensuring all digital properties are optimized for data capture and analytics.
- Website Optimization: Collaborate with the SEO specialist to implement technical SEO recommendations and continuously improve website performance, speed, and user experience.
Your Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical marketing role (web development, marketing operations, or similar).
- Mandatory: Proven, hands-on experience developing and managing websites on the HubSpot CMS Hub, with strong proficiency in its templating language.
- Solid front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience building and managing automation within a marketing automation platform (HubSpot strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with managing integrations between marketing systems (e.g., core marketing automation to CRM sync, API connections, and integration platforms).
- A problem-solver with strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot issues across the MarTech stack.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
