Why This Role Matters:
The Sales Enablement Lead is at the heart of our growth engine - you'll make sure our Sales, Presales, and SDR teams have everything they need to succeed. From coaching and content to tools and insights, you'll help our teams tell better stories, sell smarter, and win more.
Think of this role as being the strategic partner who turns information into action - helping our revenue teams transform potential into performance.
What You'll Do:
- Build and execute a world-class Sales Enablement strategy that helps our sales teams sell with confidence and clarity.
- Train and coach teams on product knowledge, sales methodologies, negotiation techniques, and handling objections like a pro.
- Create impactful playbooks, success kits, competitive battle cards, and pitch decks that make selling easier and more engaging.
- Work hand-in-hand with Marketing and Product teams to ensure the sales story aligns perfectly with our brand and solutions.
- Dive into sales data and metrics to spot trends, uncover bottlenecks, and identify areas where we can level up performance.
- Mentor Sales and SDR Trainers, ensuring seamless collaboration and continuous skill development across teams.
- Be ready to jump into customer calls when needed - to learn, observe, and bring fresh insights back to the team.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest sales tools and enablement trends, ensuring we always stay one step ahead.
What We're Looking For:
- Around 7+ years of experience in Presales, or Solution Engineering, with at least 5+years in Sales Enablement or a similar training-focused role.
- Someone who's built and run successful enablement programs - from concept to measurable results.
- A great communicator and storyteller who can turn complex information into clear, motivating narratives.
- Skilled in coaching and facilitation, with an understanding of how adults learn best.
- Comfortable with Sales tech stacks like CRMs, enablement platforms, and analytics tools.
- Data-minded - you believe in tracking impact, not just activity.
- Bonus if you've led teams before or worked in a SaaS or B2B tech setup.
