Job Description: - The Marketing team is looking for a Head of Account Based Marketing (ABM) to build and lead strategic global campaigns to support our demand generation and pipeline goals. - Reporting to the SVP Marketing, this role is focused on developing the strategy and supporting execution for multi-channel engagement throughout key points of the inbound marketing funnel. - Lead the function responsible for developing and executing key global campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline. - Build scalable and repeatable campaign frameworks and partner with our regional leaders and resellers on the ability to customize by geo/vertical or customer segment. - Work with the business development team on lead follow up and ensure alignment to campaign strategies - Drive the launch of all campaigns on a global basis by ensuring key metrics and goals of brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline and audiences across all regions were targeted. - Partner with our Regional leaders and key Resellers to deliver campaign kits for further iteration as necessary of inclusive of key assets - Partner with our Corporate and Product Marketing teams to build and launch integrated campaigns that support key messaging themes and product launches - Work with our Sr Director of Content Strategy to define content needs throughout the inbound funnel - Establish repeatable processes and communication loops to improve efficiency in launching campaigns globally. - Oversee the management of our Digital Team and Global Digital Center of Excellence to manage and track key global campaigns across all digital channels and drive towards adoption of best practices and KPIs for all regions - Manage key KPIs for tracking impact and ROI for awareness, lead generation, pipeline contribution - Measure, track, and clearly communicate performance of all programs while synthesizing key takeaways to drive future optimizations inclusive of sales feedback to understand message resonance and lead quality - Forecast the impact of global campaigns on marketing pipeline and funnel. Preferred Qualifications: - Leader: Drive towards the bigger picture goals of a campaign while effectively managing the parts of the whole. - Collaborator: Natural collaborator who knows how to motivate - Agile: Find ways to move things forward regardless of resources or roadblocks - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - 10+ years of experience leading and managing teams in demand generation and campaigns in a SaaS business - Proven track record of managing and executing strategic campaigns across multiple channels, involving many stakeholders, and defined KPIs. - Deep knowledge of the B2B marketing demand funnel, programs, and metrics that drive revenue with experience reporting on metrics and driving optimizations. - Curiosity about new ways to improve our digital channels productivity, stakeholder engagement efficiency, business process improvement, and user experience ROI. - Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills to promptly navigate obstacles, resolve issues, and effectively advocate for your team. - Experience working in a high-growth, high intensity environments Attributes: - Impactful leader with 'can do' attitude. - Deadline and results focused. - Attention to detail. - Totally professional work ethic. - Highly organized, confident communicator & leader. - Travel within India and International as required.
