About The Role: - As an Talent Acquisition Specialist / Corporate HR Recruiter specializing in both IT and Non-IT roles at NetCom Learning, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our diverse teams. - You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates. Note: Apply only if you are from Hyderabad and are willing to work from Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans for IT and Non-IT positions - Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members - Facilitate the interview process, provide feedback to candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience - Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed - Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system - Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and results - Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition Qualifications: - Bachelor's / master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as an HR recruiter, preferably with experience recruiting for both IT and Non-IT positions - Solid understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices in talent acquisition - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Why Join NetCom Learning: - Opportunity to work with industry-leading experts and cutting-edge technologies. - Collaborative and inclusive work culture. - Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities
