Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand NetApp's presence across key enterprise accounts in the North Region.
- Create long-term and short-term account plans, set financial targets, and define critical milestones.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet quarterly business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end sales processes, engaging resources such as Pre-Sales Consultants, Executives, and Partners.
- Drive value-based selling, business case development, and leverage analyst data for strategic engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, ISVs, SI partners, and domain specialists to design competitive solutions.
- Balance short-term results with a long-term vision to maximize revenue growth.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, preferably in high-end products or software solutions.
- Strong understanding of technical specifications for NetApp products and enterprise application landscapes.
- Demonstrable CXO-level relationships and experience handling large, complex projects.
- Proven ability to work with channel partners and distributors and leverage internal and external teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships across organizational levels.
- Ability to gauge market trends and develop effective business plans degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required; graduate degree preferred.
