- The Marketing Head will lead branding, creative initiatives, and marketing operations across all verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative brand strategies that position Nestaway strongly in the market.
- Lead creative campaigns, overseeing concept, design, content, and execution for all channels (digital, social, print).
- Supervise and mentor the creative and marketing teams; collaborate with leadership to set goals and KPIs.
- Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints and campaigns.
- Plan and implement data-driven marketing programs to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and enhance user engagement.
- Oversee influencer partnerships, and media relationships to improve brand reach.
- Analyze campaign outcomes to optimize future initiatives, reporting insights to management.
- Coordinate regional and city marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in branding, creative direction, and general marketing roles, preferably in fast-paced consumer or real estate sectors.
- Proven expertise in conceptualizing and launching memorable campaigns; strong portfolio of creative work.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and content production.
- Experience managing marketing teams and external agencies.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and performance measurement (Google Analytics, social media dashboards).
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and willingness to experiment.
Additional Skills:
- Experience with performance marketing, influencer strategies, and event-based brand activations is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
