Immediate opening for Executive - Business Finance with Ness Digital Engineering

Job Location : Mumbai

Work type : Hybrid (3 days work from office)

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze service line financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Support business finance reporting and provide insights for decision-making.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for business units.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.

- Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and financial models for management review.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A / Business Finance.

- Exposure to IT industry finance processes is preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
