Role Overview:

Lead organic growth, community building, and SEO visibility across LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Indian-first apps (ShareChat, Moj, Josh, Koo).

Target audience: Neonatologists, parents, Lactation Consultants,
Blend thinking with hands-on execution managing communities and optimizing web presence.


Key Responsibilities:

Community & Content Growth:


- Build and manage active online communities across multiple platforms.

- Partnership with existing parenting communities: Work with BabyChakra, Momspresso, The Baby Destination, and regional Facebook groups for cross-posting donation stories.

- Manage tie-ups for guest blogs, reels etc.

- Develop organic, content-led strategies posts, videos, carousels, regional content.

- Engage directly with HCPs, influencers, and niche audiences to enhance credibility.


Website Management & SEO:

- Oversee website content updates for accuracy and SEO alignment.

- Collaborate with developers and designers for UX and content improvements.


Analytics & Insights:

- Measure digital performance across social and web platforms.

- Use analytics tools to refine content, community, and SEO strategies.


Must-Have Skills:

- Experience in organic marketing, community management, SEO and in email or Whatsapp campaigns.

- Prior experience in either B2B or B2C.

- Hands-on use of LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Indian-first platforms (ShareChat, Moj etc).

- Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.

- Strong ability to create engaging, multi-format content.

- Analytical and creative approach to digital engagement.


Donts This Role is NOT For:

- Marketers focused only on paid ads or short-term results.

- Candidates limited to FB/Instagram.

- Individuals who have managed agencies rather than individual tasks.
