Role Overview
- Lead organic growth, community building, and SEO visibility across LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Indian-first platforms (ShareChat, Moj, Josh, Koo)
- Target audiences include Neonatologists, parents, and Lactation Consultants
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionmanaging communities and optimizing web presence
Key Responsibilities:
Community & Content Growth:
- Build, grow, and manage active online communities across multiple platforms
- Partner with existing parenting communities such as BabyChakra, Momspresso, The Baby Destination, and regional Facebook groups for cross-posting donation stories
- Manage collaborations for guest blogs, reels, and community-led content
- Develop organic, content-led strategies including posts, videos, carousels, and regional language content
- Engage directly with HCPs, influencers, and niche audiences to enhance brand credibility
Website Management & SEO:
- Oversee website content updates ensuring accuracy, relevance, and SEO alignment
- Collaborate with developers and designers for UX improvements and content optimization
Analytics & Insights:
- Track and measure digital performance across social and web platforms
- Use analytics and insights to refine content strategy, community engagement, and SEO outcomes
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience in organic marketing, community management, SEO, and email/WhatsApp campaigns
- Prior experience in either B2B or B2C environments
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Indian-first platforms (ShareChat, Moj, etc.)
- Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEO tools
- Ability to create engaging, multi-format content
- A balanced analytical and creative approach to digital engagement

- Marketers focused only on paid ads or short-term campaigns
- Candidates limited to Facebook and Instagram platforms
- Individuals who have only managed agencies rather than executing tasks independently
