- The company builds Consumer Tech for Financial Infrastructure stack to provide curated versions of embedded banking in the payment ecosystem.

- We've created a platform which enables Corporates, Banks, FinTechs, Retail Companies, and Start-ups to launch their own banking services or financial products, such as payment solutions, facilitating lending, virtual bank accounts, KYC and digital profiling for their customers or employees with the help of low code plug and play technology stack.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:.

- We're seeking an enthusiastic Sales Operations Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for a mixture of pre-sales, lead generation and closure of deals.

Your KRAs will include the following.

- Sales Process Management: Develop, implement, and optimize sales processes and systems to improve efficiency and performance across the sales organization.

- Sales Data & Reporting: Maintain and monitor Sales MIS to track deals closed, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to sales leadership.

- Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team to collect, manage, and ensure timely submission of onboarding documents to the R&C team.

- Finance Coordination: Act as the liaison between sales and finance to resolve client charge-related queries and streamline financial communication.

- Sales Performance Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics while working with leadership to implement corrective actions.

- Sales Tools & Technology: Oversee the implementation and management of CRM systems and sales tools to support the sales process effectively.

- Forecasting & Planning: Assist in accurate sales forecasting and planning using insights from historical performance and current trends.

YOU SHOULD POSSESS.

- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, along with Microsoft Excel and sales analytics tools.

- Proven ability to streamline sales processes, implement improvements, and drive operational efficiencies.
