Role:
Responsible for overseeing employee life cycle, engagement and rewards & recognition (R&R) programs within the assigned span, ensuring alignment with organization culture and objectives.
This include send-to -end planning and execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing employee morale, retention, and performance. The role also involves managing HR projects and maintaining effectives take holder relationships.
Responsibility:
- Stakeholder Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with regional business leaders and line managers.
- Employee Connect: Conduct regular employee interactions, townhalls, and check-ins to assess morale, engagement, and retention risks.
- Exit Interviews & Attrition Analysis: Generate actionable insights from exit trends and collaborate with business to address systemic issues.
- Employee Engagement & Recognition: Conceptualize and execute employee engagement and reward & recognition (R&R) programs aligned to organizational values.
- Employee Development: Partner with line managers to strengthen the employee capability and facilitate learning interventions
- Mange employee life cycle: Serve as the interface between employees and the HR Shared Services team and Resolve regional queries and concerns.
- Strategic HR Projects: Lead or contribute to cross-functional HR projects aimed at improving processes, culture, and employee experience.
