Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, proactively addressing queries and ensuring data accuracy.

- Regularly connect with clients to understand their needs and recommend relevant firm services such as digital tools, online access, and cash management solutions.

- Facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients by collecting and verifying necessary documents and information.

- Prepare client reports, presentations, and meeting materials to support advisors.

- Coordinate with internal teams and share resources to enhance client servicing.

- Stay updated through ongoing training on company policies, processes, and industry trends.

- Support in executing client orders and managing day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reporting.


Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

- 1-4 years of experience in client servicing, financial operations, or relationship management.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- High attention to detail, professionalism, and problem-solving mindset.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in financial services or wealth management domain.

- Familiarity with investment products, financial planning, or advisory support.
