Position: Associate Product Manager.

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai.

Experience: 1 to 5 years.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our team and support the development of AI/ML-driven products.

In this role, you will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to help define, build, and improve AI-powered solutions.

You will gain hands-on experience in managing ML products, understanding customer needs, and contributing to product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap for AI/ML-driven solutions.

- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and designers to build and improve ML-powered features.

- Conduct market research and user feedback analysis to understand customer needs.

- Write and maintain product requirements, user stories, and feature documentation.

- Support product managers in tracking key performance metrics (KPIs) and making data-driven decisions.

- Help ensure smooth product development by coordinating between technical and non-technical teams.

- Stay up to date with industry trends in AI/ML and product management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Product Management Skills:

- Basic understanding of product development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user data and feedback.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Machine Learning & Technical Skills:

- Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts, such as supervised/unsupervised learning and model evaluation.

- Familiarity with tools like Python, SQL, or ML platforms (optional but a plus).

- Understanding of how ML models are built, deployed, and monitored (even if theoretical).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Business, or a related field.

- Internship or academic projects related to AI, ML, or product management.

- Basic experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Google Analytics).
