You will be part of the Buy Side team of Neo Markets Special Situations team, a high-conviction desk dealing across corporate actions, REITs/InvITs, and sector-driven dislocations. The team actively identifies and executes trades around complex market events such as mergers, demergers, IPOs, open offers, buybacks, and capital structure plays. This role offers hands-on experience in strategy development, back testing, and deep fundamental research.
- Build financial models, evaluate valuations, cash flows, yields, and return scenarios.
- Monitor portfolios, market trends, and corporate action pipelines through research and analytics.
- Support primary and secondary market transactions, including QIPs, block deals, and institutional placements.
- Generate actionable investment ideas through data analysis, market intelligence, and industry research
- Interest in corporate actions, fundamental investing, and market structure
- Strong grasp of valuation methods, financial modelling, and business analysis
- Analytical thinker who combines data with judgment to generate actionable ideas
