Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate the Service Desk team to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

- Develop and implement IT strategies to drive continuous improvement in IT services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize IT services and enhance user satisfaction.

- Manage and resolve user issues and escalations, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

- Drive continuous improvement of Service Desk processes while ensuring compliance with SLAs.

- Oversee and coordinate support requests through the ticketing system.

- Provide global support for employees with hardware and system-related issues.

- Manage escalation processes in case of SLA breaches.

- Work effectively in a highly international environment with global teams and stakeholders.

Who We're Looking For:

- Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an IT managerial role, preferably in Service Desk or IT Support.

- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of IT systems and technologies.

- Proven ability to analyze issues and recommend solutions to enhance IT services.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder and user interaction.

- Familiarity with ITIL-based service support processes.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate teams.

- Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
