About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B/B2C sales, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and the leadership skills to coach and motivate a high-performing sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the companys customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Set sales targets and KPIs for the team, monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback, training, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics platforms.
