Job Title: Product Head Global HR & Payroll Solutions


Department: Product Management


Reports To: VP HR Products & Integrations


Location: Hinjewadi, Pune


Role Overview:


As the Product Head for Global HR & Payroll Solutions, you will lead the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution for Neeyamos suite of HR technology products including Global Payroll, Time & Attendance, Absence Management, and HRIS.


You will drive innovation, scalability, and compliance across a diverse set of countries and industries, ensuring our products deliver exceptional value to global enterprises.


This role demands a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, deep HR domain expertise, and the ability to translate complex client requirements into world-class SaaS solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


Product Strategy & Vision:


- Define the long-term product vision and strategy aligned with Neeyamos global growth roadmap.


- Identify opportunities to enhance the platforms capability, user experience, and country compliance coverage.


- Develop a cohesive roadmap across HR modules balancing innovation, compliance updates, and customer-driven enhancements.


- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and global payroll legislation to maintain Neeyamos competitive edge.


Product Lifecycle Ownership:


- Lead the full product lifecycle from conceptualization and design to launch and continuous improvement.


- Translate market insights, customer feedback, and business goals into clear product requirements and user stories.


- Ensure consistent product delivery through agile practices and data-driven prioritization.


- Define success metrics and monitor product performance post-release.


Global Compliance & Localization:


- Oversee the compliance framework across multiple geographies for payroll and HR operations.


- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and regional experts to implement timely statutory updates.


- Champion localization to ensure each countrys HR/payroll functionality aligns with local laws and practices.


Team Leadership:


- Build, mentor, and lead a team of product managers, business analysts, and UX specialists.


- Foster a high-performing, customer-centric product culture driven by collaboration, agility, and accountability.


- Promote cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success.


Client & Stakeholder Engagement:


- Partner with key enterprise clients to understand evolving HR and payroll needs.


- Work closely with Sales, Implementation, and Support teams to ensure successful product adoption and retention.


- Represent the product portfolio in customer presentations, industry forums, and internal leadership reviews.


Product Innovation & Technology:


- Drive innovation in automation, self-service, analytics, and integration with leading HCM/ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle).


- Evaluate emerging HR tech solutions and strategic partnerships to expand Neeyamos technology ecosystem.


- Champion usability, scalability, and performance excellence across all modules.


Qualifications & Experience:


Education:


- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.


- MBA or advanced management qualification preferred.


Experience:


- 12 TO 15 years of experience in product management.


- Proven experience leading global enterprise clients.


- Strong understanding of processes and integrations.


- Experience working with distributed product and engineering teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.


- Track record of delivering high-quality, compliant, and scalable solutions.


Skills & Competencies:


- Strategic leadership with strong analytical and commercial acumen.


- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.


- Customer-first mindset with a focus on product excellence and innovation.


- Familiarity with agile product management methodologies and data-driven decision-making.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):


- Global product adoption and client satisfaction (NPS, CSAT).


- On-time, compliant product releases across countries.


- Product-driven revenue growth and customer retention.


- Employee engagement and product team capability development.
