Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with 8+ years of experience in managing end-to-end technology projects. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex IT implementations, and ensure delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Strategy

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies

- Estimate budgets and manage cost control throughout the project lifecycle

- Align IT initiatives with business objectives

2. Project Execution & Delivery

- Manage end-to-end execution of IT projects (software development, system integration, infrastructure, cloud migration, etc.)

- Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies

- Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery

- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed

3. Team Leadership & Collaboration

- Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, business analysts, and vendors

- Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives (for Agile projects)

- Mentor junior project managers and team members

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment

4. Stakeholder & Client Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

- Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting

- Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction

- Facilitate requirement gathering and solution discussions

5. Risk & Compliance Management

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks

- Ensure adherence to security standards, data protection policies, and compliance requirements

- Manage change requests and scope creep effectively

6. Documentation & Governance

- Maintain project documentation, including BRD, FRD, project plans, RAID logs

- Ensure proper project governance and quality assurance processes

- Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

- 8+ years of IT project management experience

- Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects

- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

- Experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Trello, or similar

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification (preferred)
