Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Technical Project Manager who can bridge the gap between business and technology teams. The role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, managing project execution, and ensuring effective implementation and validation of solutions within ERP and other business systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
- Oversee implementation and enhancements of ERP and related systems
- Validate system processes, data accuracy, and business workflows
- Identify process gaps, risks, and areas for improvement, and recommend solutions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Prepare functional specifications, user stories, SOPs, and documentation
- Track project progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure proper escalation
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment
- Ensure adherence to internal processes, controls, and compliance requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, or similar role
- Experience working with ERP systems and business applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of business processes across functions (finance, operations, etc.)
- Experience in project management and stakeholder handling
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to multiple ERP implementations or system upgrades
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- Experience in data validation, reporting, and process optimization
