Role: Deputy Manager Corporate Strategy, Planning and Commercial Excellence Min Education requirement: MBA from tier 1/2 (preferable) (good to have Btech in undergrad) Number of years of experience: 8-10 years BU: Corporate Strategy and Planning About Role: This role will be a part of the Corporate Strategy team which is responsible for creating and monitoring companys business plan, strategic initiatives and commercial excellence. Key roles and responsibilities: - Pipeline management through CRM data analysis and linking to business performance. - Anchor commercial excellence for business units and create required analysis for mapping to business strategy and performance. - Liase with businesses on ways to enhance commercial rigour to increase win rates. - Primary and secondary research and analyze market and industry situation to provide input on strategy formulation. - Working on CRM tool (Salesforce) for sales enhancement and tool adoption. - Initiate and implement dashboarding for management reporting and automate process and dashboards. - Facilitate creating go-to-market and business plans, process enhancements plans. - Assist in formulation of company strategies for annual and long-term planning process. - Review and track progress of business against target and create management reports, followup on action items. - Follow up and track strategic initiatives planned by management team. Skills: - High interpersonal skills are a pre-requisite for this role as it involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders at different levels within the organization. - Understanding of financial concepts. - High communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in both structured and ambiguous situations to drive desired outcomes. - Strategic thinking capability with Strong analytical and data visualization skills. - Presentation creation and excel skills. Data visualization tool understanding and knowledge is a plus. - Proactive nature to initiate and complete projects. - Understanding of IT industry will be a plus. - Salesforce/ sales process understanding will be a plus. - Also, candidature is suited more from tier 1 or max tier 2 MBA, lets not go below. We need candidates who have preferably worked in large companies where they understand chaos and can strive in it - Also, if we are looking at manager position then experience should be &gt;8 years; if lower then lets look at deputy manager to keep parity in existing team
