Nearby Engineers - Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:.

- Collaborate with US clients to understand project requirements and develop a delivery plan accordingly.

- Stay updated with best practices and current legislation in the technical field.

- Coordinate with clients to understand and fulfill their requirements.

- Maintain Client NPS rating of 8 or higher.

- Work with clients to secure repeat business and identify additional service opportunities.

- Support team leads and teams by ensuring they understand the technical requirements and are equipped to deliver accordingly.

- Ensure that every deliverable undergoes technical review and approval.

- Provide feedback to engineers on areas for improvement and develop training plans to enhance technical competence.

- Conduct interviews for key engineering positions and identify suitable hires.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years of deep technical knowledge and experience in MEP areas, US based Experience will be proffered.

- Expertise in delivering all aspects of MEP design, including preliminary and detailed design deliverables.

- Proven experience in working directly with clients.

- Ability to establish required competence levels, assess staff against these benchmarks, and create robust development plans for all technical staff.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong leadership abilities.
