NDX Financial Services - Program Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Program Manager to lead high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization. This is a high-ownership role requiring you to work across Business, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal and Technology teams to solve complex problems, build scalable processes and drive execution. You will own critical business initiatives from concept to launch while working directly with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own strategic initiatives end-to-end-from problem definition and planning to execution and scale.

2. Drive cross-functional programs by coordinating with Product, Tech, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Business teams.

3. Design and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability and customer experience.

4. Identify process gaps, define solutions and ensure timely execution with measurable outcomes.

5. Build dashboards, monitor business KPIs and drive continuous process improvements.

6. Work closely with external partners, vendors and stakeholders to execute business initiatives.

7. Translate ambiguous business problems into structured execution plans.

8. Support new product launches, business expansions and automation initiatives.

What We're Looking For

1. 1-3 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy, Product Operations, Consulting or a similar role.

2. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field. Graduates from IITs and BITS Pilani are preferred.

3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach to execution.

4. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.

6. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

7. Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, dashboards or data analysis tools is a plus.

8. Ability to work with ambiguity and independently drive initiatives to completion.

9. Passion for building scalable businesses and solving complex operational challenges.
