Key Responsibilities

- Off-page Strategy & Implementation: Develop, implement, and manage effective off-page SEO strategies, including high-quality link-building, guest posting, influencer outreach, and strategic directory submissions.

- Backlink Analysis: Conduct thorough competitor backlink analysis to identify new opportunities for high-quality link acquisition and disavow harmful links.

- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze backlink performance using industry-standard tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.

- SEO Best Practices: Ensure all off-page activities adhere to Google ranking algorithms and white-hat SEO practices to maintain ethical and sustainable growth.

- Social Media Management: Manage social media posting, engagement, and performance tracking to support broader SEO and brand awareness goals.

- Podcast Optimization: Optimize PODCAST content for search engines and podcast platforms by optimizing titles, descriptions, transcripts, and even the audio content.

- Community Engagement: Engage actively with LinkedIn Communities to build brand authority and generate relevant backlinks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of dedicated experience in Off-page SEO.

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication or a related field.

- SEO Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in using key SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.

- SEO Fundamentals: Solid understanding of Google ranking algorithms and adherence to white-hat SEO practices.

- Link Building Expertise: Proven experience with various link-building tactics, guest posting, and outreach strategies.

- Social Media Management: Experience in managing social media content, engagement, and tracking performance.

- Podcast Optimization: Knowledge and experience in optimizing podcast content for search engines and podcast platforms.

- LinkedIn Community Management: Ability to leverage LinkedIn communities for SEO and brand-building purposes.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify actionable insights.

- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
