A Salesforce Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and are completed on time and within budget
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Salesforce projects through the full lifecycle: planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure optimal solution delivery.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers,architects, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and data governance policies.
- Support user training, UAT, and change management activities.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Salesforce capabilities.
Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce project management with a techno-functional background.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM including configuration, customization, workflows, and process builder.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Project Manager) will be a strong plus.
