



Role Title: Brand Manager
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism,or a related field (OR) MBA - Marketing or MA.Comm;
Experience: 5+ years in Brand Management

Job Description:
Brand Communication:
- Internal communication through internal newsletters, mailers and other tools.
- Creation of campaigns & collaterals for organization wide initiatives (not restricted to a particular product vertical)
- Ensuring brand guidelines awareness and adherence in the organisation
Public Relations:
Media Relation:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and other media professionals.
- Pitch story ideas and press releases to relevant media outlets.
- Respond to media inquiries and coordinate interviews.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on media impressions.
Content Creation:
- Develop and write press releases, articles, and other content for both traditional and digital media.
- Create compelling storytelling content that aligns with the company's messaging and values.
- Manage and update content on the company's website and social media platforms.
Event Management:
- Plan and execute press conferences, product launches, and other PR events.
- Coordinate media attendance and coverage for events.
- Ensure a positive and consistent brand representation at all events.
Crisis Communication:
- Develop crisis communication plans and act as a spokesperson during crisis situations.
- Work closely with senior management to address and mitigate potential reputational issues
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and corporate communications, to align PR strategies with overall business goals.
- Provide PR support for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Measurement and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on key PR metrics and share insights with the management team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market studies and identify opportunities by being a diligent marketing brand specialist
- Undertake brand reputation projects and figure out the brand positioning
- Design brand communication strategies along with the brand director and use the right media to communicate them
- Adhere to established budgets, estimates and performance indicators
- Measure success and produce reports on how a campaign did, keeping in mind KPIs and ROIs
- Devise further growth strategies, and implement them from a brand innovation managers point of view
