Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our Finance Team on a short-term contract of 3 months.

This role focuses on enhancing the quality of account reconciliations, driving process standardization, and resolving aged open items to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

- Identify gaps and implement process improvements to enhance reconciliation quality.

- Drive standardization of reconciliation templates and procedures across entities.

- Investigate and resolve aged open items in reconciliations, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address discrepancies.

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice processing and payment application.

- Provide status updates and reporting on reconciliation progress and aged items resolution.

Education, Experience, And Requirements:

- B.Com or MBA with 3-5 years experience in accounting or finance operations.

- Strong knowledge of account reconciliations and AP processes.

- Familiarity with month-end closing procedures.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (preferred).

- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
