Job Description:

- Prepare and monitor project planning, scheduling, and progress reports for tunnel construction projects.

- Develop and maintain baseline programs and update them based on project progress.

- Handle project billing activities, including client billing and subcontractor billing, in line with project milestones.

- Perform material reconciliation and manage BOQs to ensure cost and quantity accuracy.

- Coordinate with project teams for progress tracking, delay analysis, and Extension of Time (EOT) claims.

- Prepare and analyze impact programs and progress curves using Primavera P6 or MSP.

- Support management in project forecasting, resource allocation, and productivity tracking.

- Prepare detailed reports using macros in MS Excel for project performance and billing status.
