Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Electrical & Mechanical at Navayuga Engineering Company Ltd. located in Hyderabad.

- The Head of Electrical & Mechanical will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems in various projects.

- Day-to-day tasks include leading a team of engineers, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, coordinating with other departments, and managing project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications:

- Experience in Electrical System Design and Maintenance

- Proficiency in Mechanical System Planning and Implementation

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Familiarity with Safety and Regulatory Standards

- Excellent project management and coordination skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field

- Experience in the infrastructure and construction industry is a plus
