Navayuga Engineering - Corporate Finance Professional

We are looking for Renewables Corporate Finance professionals to run and execute end-to-end equity, debt and structured financing activities for Chinta Green Energy.

The role covers full ownership of financial modelling, transaction execution, diligence management, capital structuring and coordination with rating agencies, advisors and internal teams.

The candidate must be able to independently run financing workstreams across solar, BESS, RTC and pumped storage projects.

Key Requirements:

- 2-6 years of experience in Corporate Finance / Investment Banking within the Renewables sector (mandatory)

- Hands-on experience in equity fundraising, debt financing, structured instruments and lender/investor processes

- Strong capability in financial modelling, valuation and scenario analysis

- Experience managing rating agencies, due-diligence partners, banks and institutional investors

- Ability to independently drive end-to-end transaction cycles
