About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead business development activities, manage the sales team, and drive revenue growth in assigned locations. The ideal candidate will have strong marketing acumen, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop business in assigned locations by acquiring new leads, converting them into customers, and expanding existing accounts
- Lead customer engagement efforts, ensure high retention, and execute marketing campaigns for brand building
- Recruit, train, and monitor the performance of Marketing Executives to ensure effective field execution
- Conduct market surveys and identify opportunities for expansion in new geographies or verticals
- Monitor competitor strategies, pricing, routes, and market activities to maintain competitive advantage
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize booking and delivery volumes
- Drive the sales team by setting clear goals, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring timely achievement of targets
- Identify prospective business areas, approach new clients, and close high-value deals proactively
- Ensure compliance with company policies, market best practices, and ethical sales conduct
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress to senior management

- Proven ability to manage and lead a sales team
