About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth through lead acquisition, client engagement, market expansion, and effective brand-building initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong marketing knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to identify and close new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, convert opportunities, and achieve business growth targets.

- Drive customer engagement, retention, and long-term relationship building.

- Recruit, mentor, and monitor marketing executives to ensure high performance.

- Conduct regular market surveys to identify trends, competitor strategies, pricing models, and new opportunities.

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility.

- Meet clients and customers to enhance booking and delivery volumes.

- Identify and expand into prospective business areas and close high-value deals.

- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across business units.

- Achieve sales and revenue targets consistently.

Required Skillsets

- Strong business development and sales acumen with proven track record.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of marketing executives.

- In-depth understanding of market dynamics, competitor strategies, and pricing.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing basics.

- Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally with different business units.

- Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented with strong networking skills.
