We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR professional with 6+ years of experience to lead and manage end-to-end HR functions. The ideal candidate will play a strategic as well as operational role in driving talent management, employee engagement, HR compliance, and organizational development initiatives.

Working as a Sr. HR Manager at Navtech, you will:

1. Talent Planning & Acquisition:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles

- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning

- Build strong talent pipelines and improve hiring efficiency

2. Employee Lifecycle Management:

- Oversee onboarding, confirmation, performance reviews, and exit processes

- Ensure smooth employee experience across all touchpoints

- Drive performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting frameworks

- Support managers in performance improvement plans (PIPs)

3. Employee Engagement & Culture:

- Plan and execute engagement initiatives, surveys, and retention strategies

- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture

4. HR Operations & Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor law compliance

- Maintain HR documentation, audits, and MIS reporting

5. Learning & Development:

- Identify training needs and coordinate L&D programs

- Support leadership development and succession planning

6. Employee Relations:

- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

- Ensure fair and consistent policy implementation

The ideal candidate will have:

- 6+ years of overall experince with at least 2+ relevant HR generalist experience

- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)

- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (Wellfound, LinkedIn, Hirist, GitHub, etc.)

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Experience working in fast-paced or growing organizations

- MSc/BSc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology or relation degree throughout in English medium
