Description:
Were looking for a Brand Strategist / Marketing Lead who can build, shape, and grow our brand from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves storytelling, creative strategy, and data-driven marketing someone who can think like a brand architect and execute like a growth hacker.
Youll work directly with the founders and leadership team to define how the world perceives our brand, create campaigns that make people stop and notice, and drive measurable business growth through smart marketing initiatives.
Working as a Brand Strategist/Marketing Lead at Navtech, you will:
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Define and refine the brands purpose, identity, and voice to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Translate business goals into creative brand strategies that resonate with our target audiences & identify emerging trends and insights that inform strategy.
- Craft compelling storytelling that brings the brand to life across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints.
Marketing Leadership:
- Build and lead the marketing function from strategy to execution by developing integrated marketing plans across digital, social, content, and PR channels.
- Own the marketing calendar and ensure consistent, high-impact brand visibility.
- Drive creative campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.
Digital & Content Marketing:
- Oversee social media, SEO, and content strategy to build strong digital presence and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing assets (videos, blogs, creatives, etc.).
- Track performance metrics and use data to optimize campaigns and drive better ROI.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, product, and leadership to ensure brand alignment across all touchpoints.
- Partner with recruitment and culture teams to enhance internal branding and employer brand presence.
Creative Innovation:
- Stay ahead of marketing trends, new tools, and storytelling techniques.
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table from viral campaigns to brand activations.
- Experiment, test, and learn we value curiosity and initiative.
Who Are We Looking for Exactly?
- 58 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or growth marketing ideally in a startup or fast-scaling tech environment.
- Strong understanding of brand building, digital marketing, and content strategy.
- Experience in running integrated campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills both visual and written.
- Analytical mindset with comfort using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
- A creative thinker who can also roll up their sleeves to execute.
- Experience managing teams is a plus.
- Bachelors/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields (English-medium education only).
