Reporting To: Head Marketing & Communications / General Manager

Role Overview:

The Public Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing the companys public image across media platforms. The role involves developing strategic communication plans, maintaining strong media relations, handling crisis communications, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

- Develop and implement strategic public relations and communication plans aligned with company goals.

- Manage and strengthen relationships with media houses, journalists, and influencers across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.

- Draft, review, and distribute press releases, statements, and media communication.

- Oversee brand communication across multiple channels ensuring consistency and credibility.

- Plan and execute PR campaigns, press conferences, and corporate events to enhance visibility.

- Monitor media coverage, analyze PR performance, and provide reports to management.

- Handle crisis communication and ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align external messaging with company objectives.

- Identify and leverage opportunities for positive media exposure and public engagement.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain strategic advantage.

Required Skillsets:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Strong media relations and networking abilities with established press contacts.

- Proven expertise in strategic communication and brand positioning.

- Proficiency in digital PR tools, social media, and online reputation management.

- Strong event planning and coordination capabilities.

- Creativity and analytical thinking for impactful storytelling.

- Effective crisis management and problem-solving skills.
