Position: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Pan India (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Fusion HCM modules, proven implementation experience, and the ability to manage the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to support and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in requirements gathering and document functional specifications.

- Provide end-to-end implementation support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

- Configure and maintain HCM modules including US Payroll,

- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions.

- Troubleshoot and provide post-implementation support.

- Assist in testing, training, and deployment activities as needed.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6+ years of IT experience, with strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM.

- Hands-on experience in at least 2 end-to-end Fusion HCM implementations.

- Strong knowledge of US Payroll, OTL, Compensation, Benefits, and Security Configuration modules.

- Understanding of the full HCM project lifecycle: requirements, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities.
