Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International Sales & Business Development Executive to drive our global growth. You will be responsible for expanding our export business in activated carbon and biozyme granules, identifying international buyers, and managing client relationships, while ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new international markets and clients via online research, export directories, and trade platforms.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales through effective communication and follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and agents.
- Handle export documentation including Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading, and LC coordination.
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams for timely shipments.
- Attend virtual/international trade exhibitions and represent the company professionally.
- Maintain and update CRM databases, customer records, and sales pipelines.
- Create market intelligence reports and competitor analysis for strategic decision-making.
- Draft and manage business proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in International Business / Marketing / Chemistry / Agriculture or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in exports or international B2B sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English fluency required).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, export compliance, and logistics preferred.
- Positive attitude, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
