About the Role:

Own the formulation of value proposition, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement for two exciting brands Specialized recruitment platforms for hiring management and tech professionals respectively. Plan and execute marketing and communication campaigns with an objective to increase brand awareness, drive demand and overall market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop the product positioning and messaging.

- Communicate and develop all collaterals, presentations for the products, coordinate with the sales team and support the selling process.

- Develop the GTM strategy and manage the marketing communication to generate demand and sales leads for products.

- Plan the launch of new products/features and manage cross departmental implementation of the plan.

- Gather continuous market intelligence and competitive data.

- Understand buyer behavior, how they buy, their criteria etc.

- Work with sales teams to develop marketing communication strategies and action plans to meet revenue and margin goals.

- Develop advertising messages, sales promotions, marketing programs and coordinate with external agencies.

- Develop and track ROI metrics for advertising and promotional programs to ensure proper allocation of budget resources.

- Proven experience planning and executing webinars and podcasts end-to-end

- Hands-on experience driving demand generation and lead generation campaigns

Desired Qualifications / Competencies & Skills:

- MBA with progressive marketing experience in a business-to-business environment, or the equivalent in Product Development Company.

- Understanding of key metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives.

- Highly proficient in presentations, Excel, and AI-driven marketing tools You will be a good fit if

- You are comfortable getting your hands dirty in a fast-paced environment.

- You are comfortable working with ambiguity.

- You are self-motivated, have a strong bias for action and execute with urgency.

- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and an eye for design.

- You have experience in B2B marketing and managing internal (Product, Sales, Design, Marketing) and external customers.

- You understand technology, but love customer-first & business-first thinking.
